Beijing Aulympic Airport Hotel, Beijing

The hotel's location is really only convenient for airport access, being inside a fenced area behind another building. The rooms, though spacious for a family of 6 with 4 beds, were old and dirty, with the carpets more worn and stained than a New York City sidewalk. The Superking sized bed, however, was as hard as a rock. The service was helpful in sorting out some miscommunication during the booking process but kinda unhelpful with the baggages. Dining was disappointing, located in the basement and offering only noodles/rice with local vegetables. The location is good, convenient to the airport with shuttle van access, despite looking a little sketchy. The facilities suffered from wear and tear, lacking basic amenities like tissue, alarm clock, dresser, and luggage stand.

The service was friendly and communicative, although not exceptionally kind, and I was a bit disappointed to find no hair dryer in the room.
